SHE Sneak Peek
A programme that allows young women (aged 15-21) the chance to look ‘behind the scenes’ at some of Singapore’s most inspiring workplaces, to learn about potential career pathways, broaden horizons, build networks, gain confidence, and – ultimately – build a career they love.
Sneak Peek 2024 theme: LIVE. LEAD. DREAM.
This annual programme provides young women the chance to, over the course of one calendar year, participate in a number of full/half-day learning visits to different organisations across the public, private, and people sectors.
Participants will learn what it is like to work in a diverse variety of organisations and industries, and will have the chance to gain exposure and cultural capital beyond their immediate environment. They will also receive training and support to help them apply their learnings from the programme to their future life plans.
Key programme highlights:
- Learning visits at organisations across the public, private, and people sectors
- Access to top industry and thought leaders at learning visits
- Training to develop personal and professional skills
