White Paper on Singapore Women’s Development

The 2022 report came about from a year-long “Conversations on Singapore Women’s Development” initiative, that engaged nearly 6000 participants over 160 conversations nationwide. It reflects the shared vision of Singaporeans, and outlines concrete actions we are prepared to take collectively, towards a fairer and more inclusive society, where men and women partner each other as equals, and both can pursue their aspirations freely and to the fullest.
