SHE x SGX Group, Fostering DEI in the Workplace, 2 May 2023

SHE and SGX Group had the privilege of hosting Senior Minister of State (SMS) and Special Adviser to SHE, Ms Sim Ann, at a fireside chat last week.

Joined by SGX CRO Agnes Koh, SMS Sim Ann engaged in a candid discussion on how we can achieve better workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, beyond mere buzzwords and the use of quotas.

This is just the first of a series of engagement sessions that SHE and SGX will co-host this year. We look forward to the ongoing dialogue to encourage gender equality and equity in the workplace!
