SHE x Nanyang Polytechnic, “Inclusive Teams=Better Results”, 15 Mar 2023

In an interactive dialogue with of some 40 students from Nanyang Polytechnic titled “Inclusive Teams=Better Results” in commemoration of International Women’s Day, students shared that diversity is important to them, and that it’s important for them to have safe spaces and platforms where they can continue to have meaningful discussions on this issue.

Panellists, Founder of The Black Hole Group Mustaffa Kamal, our CEO Simran Toor, our Board Member & Former Paralympian Theresa Goh and moderator, our Board Member & Counsel and Senior Project Leader at Tri-Sector Associates Nadia A. Samdin had a frank and open exchange with the students on a wide variety of issues, how to navigate diversity with respect, tokenism, combatting unconscious bias.

At SHE, we value the views and opinions of the next generation of Singaporeans and will establish more such settings for frank and open conversations.
